Be More Flexible

Be More Flexible and Less Rigid in LifeIn a recent life coaching session, my client was very focused on “having to do things a specific way or not at all”, and she found that this put her under immense pressure.

With a reframe of what she wanted to achieve and with the depth of purpose and commitment, she was able to see her goal in a different light; as a journey not a military task!!

Feeling more relaxed and happy about this she found she was able to allow herself to be more flexible with herself, her thinking had become relaxed, it was no longer as rigid as before.

We are all happier and generally more relaxed when we’re less rigid about our lives, less rigid with our thoughts.
