I believe that there are many and varied options for change work.
You need to choose and determine what method suits you best.
My mission is to help guide people to a more fulfilling and inspiring life.
I see myself as a catalyst for change, whereas the actual change work comes from within you.
Whether my style of working as a life coach suits you, and whether we will work well together needs to be explored prior to deciding if to commit to a life coaching programme with me.

Three Coaching Package Options
Option 1: Success Package – 6 month programme, 1-hour phone call or face-to-face meetings, weekly or fortnightly
Option 2: Results & Reward Package – 3 month programme, 45-minute phone calls, weekly or fortnightly
Option 3: Let’s Get Started Package – 6 week programme, 45-minute phone calls, weekly or fortnightly
My consulting rooms for face-to-face coaching are at Viveka Health Centre, in St John’s Wood, London NW8, or at my home near Golders Green in North West London.
Hours of Availability
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Ongoing Support
E-mail support is available in between sessions at any time.
