Change Your Habits and Patterns
To make changes in our lives, we need to break the old patterns that we are running in our minds and playing out every day through our thoughts and actions.
The way to change can be as simple and easy as starting with one small thing that you decide to do differently. In this way, you are breaking the pattern, the cycle, the habit.
If you do one thing differently over a period of time, you’ve then created a new pattern or habit, and it becomes natural, easy, it becomes who you are.
So, if you want to make changes in yourself and your life easily and effortlessly over a period of time, whether you choose to work with a life coach, or do it on your own, simply make a decision to do one thing differently every 6 weeks or so, and you will create new patterns of behaviour over a period of many months!
