Know those days when you feel demotivated and not in the mood for doing anything?
We all have days like that, my coaching clients, my friends and yes, me too!
So what do you do on a demotivated day?
Some people focus only on those tasks which have an immediate deadline.
Others like to work on the “easiest” tasks in the pile of things to do.
Find your own way, use it and let yourself “off the hook”; we’re all entitled to days like today and we still perform at our best on other days, so be kind and accepting of yourself.
