
Nature Nurtures With Flowers

There is a restorative value in taking a walk in some of the beautiful public gardens in the UK; this year I visited both Kew Gardens and RHS Wisley.
Being surrounded by so much green is very restful and nurturing and impacts our well being; feasting our eyes with the wonderful variety of colours and shapes of the flowers on show is calming, relaxing and pleasing.
Nature demonstrates how effortlessly our world has continuity and puts a smile on your face without you being aware of it.
Take time out to nurture yourself, visit a beautiful garden when you can and notice how you feel.
