Make Changes, Experience New Outcomes
Many of us live our lives like the “Repeat” option on an ipod, the same tune again and again.
Only when we take the time and make the effort to make changes, do we open the door to experiencing new outcomes, different results, unexpected opportunities.
I have done this almost all my adult life, I have constantly made changes, moving jobs, moving home, moving country, moving back again to this country! Going to events, or places where I don’t know anyone, taking risks, having a go…
My life has always been different, interesting and I would even say exciting compared to the mundane existence of many people I meet.
Work with a London life coach and break those old dull patterns and do new things that will make your life different and interesting.
Make changes in your life, one small change at a time, and experience new outcomes.
All the best,

Hi Natalie, I like the blog. Change can be daunting concept. But like you say, sometimes, it is about making a small changes and seeing the results those small changes bring.
All the best,
Tari
Hi Natalie,
This is really quite inspiring and that maybe i should make more time for me and maybe stop putting off a few things that i want to do.
I totally agree that small changes can have such amazing results be it just smiling at people on the bus/train etc

I like the blog – I like the fact that the focus is on positivity, excitement and opportunities instead fo referring to anything negative such as ‘problems’ or ‘fear’ etc. This is the kind of thing peopel want to experience in coming to a life coach in my opinion.
Who was it that said ‘doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result is the definition of madness’?
Was it Einstein that said this? If you cant remember then I’ll take the credit!
Whoever it was I think they’re right.
I suppose this is all about taking the road less travelled right?
Funny that I read this post today, because yesterday I watched a movie (Along Came Polly). It’s not fantastic but it had this same message, about taking a chance and daring to risk. There was a scene where one of the charcters talked about letting go of the past, moving forward and enjoying the ride and whatever it throws at you. Thats life right?
Great post Natalie. So thought inspiring yet again!
Thank you for all your great feedback and comments.
It is so easy to let time go by and not make the changes that we want.
Take action, any action, even the smallest changes creates new outcomes in our lives.
All the best,
Natalie
