It questions what our definition of age is now that so many of us do and will live so much longer.
I wonder if we do need to define how we act, how we behave based on a number and stereotype, determined by … who?
If we choose to be healthy and active, if we get involved, participate, interact in the way we did 5, 10 or even 20 years ago, does it matter what biological age we are?
I don’t think so.
We each know our limits; some people are limited due to circumstances from a young age, some have few limitations all their life.
Be free in your thinking and live your life the way you want and choose to regardless of the number of years you’ve actually been here.
