Life Coaching Looks At: Finding Time or Making Time?
When people start to work with me for life coaching, they often say to me “It’s so difficult to find time to do all the things I want to do and see all the people I want to see…”
My question back to them is: “Is that really true? Is it ‘difficult’ or is it not enough of a priority to fit it into the schedule you currently set yourself?”
Fortunately for most of us, we have the ability to make choices about how we use our time, where we invest our time.
If we do not make time to do certain things or see certain people, is that not an indictor that they are less important to us, not high up on our priority list?
As a London life coach, where this is important to my clients, in the coaching sessions we look at the client’s priorities and thought processes, what stops them from doing things they want to do, where are they spending time that they don’t really want to be…?
Make the time and you can do things you want to, and see people who matter to you.

What a great message and reminder. It can be so easy to get caught up in a routine, other people’s priorities etc and not question how it fits with what you want and who/what is important to you.
